With the start and end of every word and the pauses measured. The same video is never transcribed twice.

It reads the whole video, maps the themes and picks clips with an arc. The line that closes the idea is fetched wherever it is, even much later.

What it does
Cuts on the right pause
It starts and ends only where the speech breathes, accurate to the word. No sentence cut in half.
Joins distant moments
An idea that starts at minute 5 and lands at minute 32 becomes one clip, always in the order it was said.
The face in frame
The vertical crop follows the speaker's face, and the skill checks every clip before showing it. If it cannot find the face, the clip comes with a warning.
A blind critic
A second agent reviews the list without seeing the scores, to hold back clips that only looked good.
Clip approved? Motion Director adds captions, motion graphics and finishing. Clip Director only cuts, on purpose.

I have never used Claude Code. Can I do this?+
Yes. You only install Claude Code and the skill does the rest with you, explaining each step in plain language. The members area has a video for every step.
Does it use a video generator like Seedance, Kling or Veo?+
No. Every movement is made with code. AI only generates images and voice-over, when the video needs them.
Will I pay for anything else?+
You need a Claude Code or Codex plan. AI images and voice-over are optional and cost cents per video.
Does it work with Claude Code and Codex?+
Yes. The skill follows the open skills standard and ships with install instructions for both.
Which plan do I need?+
Any plan that includes Claude Code (Pro, Max or higher) or Codex (Plus or higher).
Does it work on Windows?+
Yes, on Mac, Windows and Linux. A few optional extras work best on Mac and have alternatives elsewhere.
