What we collect

• From your purchase (sent by Paddle): email, country and transaction details. We never receive your card details.
• From downloads: date, version downloaded and IP address.
• Cookies: one cookie with your chosen language and, in the members area, a sign-in session cookie.

Why we use it

To deliver the product and updates, provide support, send access and new-version emails, and identify each copy by its license.

License marking

The files you download carry your email and buyer code. This protects the license and lets us trace leaked copies.

Who processes the data

Paddle (payments), Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (website hosting), Cloudflare R2 (files) and Resend (email).

How long we keep it

While you have access to the product and for as long as tax law requires.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at info@hellohello.nz. We do not sell your data.
